DESCRIPTION: This luxury five stars hotel located in the center of Abu Dhabi include three Basements, Ground floor, one Mezzanine, thirty typical floors. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design; commissioning consultancy; design review and and verification; energy simulation and modeling. The project includes optimum insulation for the walls and roofs as well as the selection of the optimal glass to reduce the heat impact and cooling demand; consequentially, we have successfully achieved Two Pearls Estidama Rating.
